Grip Benchpress – This lift is almost identical to the regular
benchpress except that the grip is considerably narrower and the
elbows are more turned in (squeezing the armpit area even tighter.)
Close grip benching is awesome for building up the strength and
mass of your triceps and it also gives your shoulders a break, as
the closer your hands, the less pressure on your shoulder joints.
